Our Centres Enrolment Forms

We’re delighted that you are choosing to enroll your child/children in one of our Creative Garden centres, we’re always happy to extend our whānau.

Please select your chosen centre below to download a pdf that you will need to fill out and then send back to our team, this can be done either by email or post. We look forward to receiving your enrolment form, getting to know your family and helping your little ones start their learning journey.

Once we have confirmed your enrolment, a Parent Handbook will be supplied to you to help prepare both yourself and your child/children for the start of their early childhood learning.
